By accessing or using MoneyLights, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

1. Description of the service

MoneyLights is a FinTech financial-management platform based on Open Banking that lets you view, organise and analyse financial data in a consolidated way. The service is provided by Borlantrix OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, European Union.

2. Eligibility

MoneyLights is intended for:

  • Companies
  • Freelancers and self-employed professionals
  • Financial managers
  • Accountants and CFOs

By using the service, you declare that you have the legal capacity to do so on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

3. Access and use

Access to MoneyLights requires account registration. You undertake to:

  • Provide truthful information
  • Use the platform lawfully
  • Not attempt to access third-party data without authorisation

4. Subscriptions, trial period and payments

MoneyLights is provided on a subscription basis, under the plans and prices published on the site's Pricing page. The prices shown do not include VAT, which is charged at the applicable legal rate.

All plans include a 14-day free trial, with no payment details required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a plan subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe, with automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle, until cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The first payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, upon request via the contact email given below.

Prices may change with reasonable prior notice, communicated before renewal; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

Some components of the service, namely the artificial-intelligence assistant, are subject to fair-use limits per plan, which may be adjusted to safeguard the quality of the service.

5. Bank access

Access to bank accounts is carried out exclusively in read-only mode, through certified Open Banking. MoneyLights:

  • Does not move funds
  • Does not execute payments
  • Does not take control of bank accounts

6. Artificial-intelligence assistant

MoneyLights includes an artificial-intelligence assistant that answers based on the user's organisation data. The assistant's answers are informational and supportive in nature, may contain inaccuracies, and do not constitute financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax-related calculations are based, where available, on official tables and rules; in the absence of official data, the assistant refrains from presenting estimates. You are responsible for validating the information before making decisions.

7. Responsibility

MoneyLights provides tools to support financial management, but:

  • Does not replace financial, tax or accounting advice
  • Does not guarantee specific financial results
  • Is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information presented

8. Service availability

We make every effort to ensure the service is continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be updated or changed at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, design and branding associated with MoneyLights are the property of Borlantrix OÜ or licensed for that purpose. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the platform.

10. Suspension or termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or use the platform abusively. You may cancel your use of the service at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borlantrix OÜ will not be liable for:

  • Indirect financial losses
  • Business interruptions
  • Data loss resulting from external factors

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of the European Union and, where applicable, the law of Estonia.
